Thank you for shopping with hellobee.in. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).
- The product must not be from the list of non-returnable items mentioned below.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Used, opened, or played-with toys
- Toys with missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Personal care or hygiene-related items (if opened/used)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- Products damaged due to misuse by the customer
3. How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will share instructions on how and where to send the product.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, as applicable, at no additional cost to you.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or other customer-related reason, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit during return.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI, for which you will need to share your bank details.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or product variant issues, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, please follow the same process as returns and mention that you would like an exchange instead of a refund.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return after delivery as per this policy.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your card issuer or bank, as processing times vary.
