How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details, choose your preferred payment method, and place your order. You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

Can I order without creating an account?

How can I check if a product is in stock?

Product availability is displayed on each product page. If an item is out of stock, you can check back later or contact our support team for availability updates.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. A GST invoice or retail invoice is sent to your registered email after your order is confirmed. You can also download it from your account if available.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes. We accept bulk orders for schools, corporate gifting, birthday parties, and retailers. Please contact our customer support for special pricing.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

What are the shipping charges?

We offer Free Shipping on eligible orders. Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed during checkout before payment.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order from the “My Orders” section.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes. We deliver to most PIN codes across India through our trusted courier partners.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Our courier partner will usually attempt delivery again. If the delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

When will my payment be charged?

For prepaid orders, your payment is processed immediately after placing the order. For COD orders, payment is collected upon delivery.

Yes. Eligible products can be returned within our return window if they meet the return policy conditions.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. We’ll investigate and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

Can I cancel my order?

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact customer support immediately. We’ll try our best to update the address.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. The price shown at checkout is the final amount you’ll pay. There are no hidden charges.
